Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Software Architect to design and oversee the architecture of our software systems, ensuring they are scalable, robust, and align with our business goals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software development, a proven track record of designing complex systems, and the ability to guide and mentor engineering teams in the implementation of these systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Software Architecture: Create high-level architecture designs that align with business requirements, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability. Define system components, modules, interfaces, and data flow.
• Lead Technical Direction: Provide technical leadership to development teams, setting best practices and guidelines for coding, design patterns, and software tools. Ensure the consistency and quality of codebases across projects.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Participate in strategic planning and project scoping.
• Evaluate and Select Technologies: Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks that align with the company’s goals. Make informed decisions on architecture and design trade-offs.
• Ensure System Integrity and Security: Implement best practices for security, data protection, and system integrity. Conduct code reviews and audits to ensure compliance with architectural standards.
• Mentor and Support Development Teams: Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams, helping them solve complex technical challenges and grow their skills. Lead training sessions and workshops on software architecture and design principles.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and improve the architecture and technology stack, keeping up with industry trends and evolving business needs.
